In 2001, with six years of conferencing expertise under his belt, Frank co-founded and established Enunciate Conferencing. Enunciate launched nine collaboration products founded upon leading-edge technology and impeccable customer service. Enunciate became ISO 9001-2000 certified in 2003 and was the 1st conferencing provider in the world to attain ISO. In 2007, Enunciate was named one of the Top 20 Best Small and Medium Employers in Canada.

Founded on October 10th 2011, Evolve Collaboration marks the return of Frank Cianciulli to the Conferencing world after Enunciate. Comprised of industry veterans, Evolve Collaboration represents the evolution of what your conferencing provider can do.

• Divested Enunciate for approximately $30,000,000 to Premiere Global Services Inc., ($600M publicly traded headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia) which was one of the largest valuations in the history of the industry based on the brand presence and establishment  in the Canadian marketplace
